일단 순서를 단순하게 잡자.First, keep the structure simple.

- 1장: 발표 주제 / 왜 이걸 말하는지- Slide 1: topic / why it matters
- 2~4장: 핵심 내용 3개- Slides 2–4: three key points
- 5장: 예시나 비교 한 번- Slide 5: one example or comparison
- 6장: 결론 / 기억해야 할 한 문장- Slide 6: conclusion / one line to remember

그리고 지금은 디자인보다 흐름을 먼저 끝내는 게 좋아. 텍스트를 전부 채운 다음 마지막에 폰트랑 정렬을 맞추는 게 덜 힘들어.And for now, finish the flow before the design. Fill in all the text first, then clean up the fonts and alignment at the end. It's much less painful that way.

로컬 우선Local first

가능한 대화는 사용자 기기에서 직접 처리합니다. 토큰 한도와 호출 비용 부담 없이 여러 로컬 모델을 자유롭게 불러와 쓸 수 있습니다.Whenever possible, conversations run directly on the user's device. Multiple local models can be brought into the room without per-call costs or cloud token limits.

멀티 AI 채팅Multi-AI chat

각 AI는 같은 채팅방 안에 있으면서도 서로 다른 성격과 역할, 말투, 상태를 유지합니다. 필요한 경우 특정 AI만 지목해 호출할 수도 있습니다.Each AI shares the same room while keeping its own personality, role, speaking style, and status. You can also call a specific AI by name when needed.

상태와 기억 관리State and memory management

온라인 / 오프라인 / 자리비움 같은 상태와 읽음, 최근 대화 맥락, 구조화된 기억을 분리해 채팅이 길어져도 일관성을 유지하도록 설계합니다.Presence states such as online, offline, and away are separated from read state, recent conversation context, and structured memory so long-running chats can remain consistent.

선택형 외부 모델Optional cloud models

ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude 같은 외부 모델도 CLI 또는 API로 연결할 수 있습니다. 이들은 선택 사항이며, 연결 시 사용자가 준관리자처럼 활용할 수 있습니다.External models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude can also be connected through CLI or API access. They are optional, and when connected they can be given limited moderator-like roles by the user.
