개인정보 처리방침 — 데브투인트

1. 개요1. Overview

데브투인트 운영자(이하 “데브투인트”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항을 이 처리방침으로 공개합니다.The operator of devTwoint (“devTwoint”) publishes this policy to explain its processing of personal data under applicable privacy law.

2. 처리하는 개인정보, 목적 및 보유기간2. Personal data, purposes, and retention

데브투인트는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다. 아래 기간이 끝나거나 목적이 달성되면 다른 법령 또는 진행 중인 분쟁에 따른 보존 필요가 없는 한 지체 없이 삭제합니다.devTwoint processes only the data reasonably necessary to provide the service. Data is deleted without undue delay when the stated period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, unless retention is required by law or for an active dispute.

저널 작성자 활동 전용 메일의 이메일 라우팅Email Routing for Writer activity addresses

저널 작성자 활동 전용 메일을 제공하는 경우, 해당 서비스는 Cloudflare에서 제공하는 이메일 워커가 아닌 이메일 라우팅 방식을 통한 단순 전달 구조로 운영합니다. 이에 따라 데브투인트에서는 개인의 이메일 본문을 열람할 수 없습니다. 전달 과정에서 발신·수신자 주소, 메일 제목, 처리 상태, 인증 결과 등 일부 메타데이터가 기록되거나 확인될 수 있으나 이메일 본문은 포함되지 않으며, 해당 메타데이터는 Cloudflare에서 메일 전달과 보안 및 스팸 메일 대응을 위해 관리합니다.Where Writer activity email addresses are offered, the service uses Cloudflare Email Routing rather than a Cloudflare Email Worker as a simple forwarding path. Accordingly, devTwoint cannot view individual email bodies. Routing metadata such as sender and recipient addresses, subject, processing status, and authentication results may be recorded or visible, but the email body is not included; Cloudflare manages those metadata fields for delivery, security, and spam handling.

활동 전용 메일을 제공받은 저널 작성자 본인은 자신의 관리 화면에서 Cloudflare가 보유한 최근 이메일 라우팅 처리 메타데이터를 확인할 수 있습니다. 이 내역은 화면을 열 때 Cloudflare에서 조회하며, 데브투인트는 해당 라우팅 이벤트 로그를 D1 데이터베이스에 별도로 복제·보관하지 않습니다. Cloudflare API 토큰, Zone ID, Routing Rule ID 등 운영용 식별정보는 저널 작성자 화면으로 전송하지 않습니다.A Writer who has received an activity email address can view their own recent Email Routing metadata in the private Writer dashboard. The dashboard fetches this data from Cloudflare on demand; devTwoint does not copy or retain those routing event logs in D1. Operational identifiers such as the Cloudflare API token, Zone ID, and Routing Rule ID are never sent to the Writer browser.

3. 외부 계정 로그인3. External account sign-in

데브투인트는 Google, Kakao, Naver 및 GitHub 계정 인증을 지원하며, 회원 식별에 필요한 계정 식별정보를 처리합니다. 처리 항목·목적·보유기간과 제공업체 관련 사항은 2번 및 6번 항목과 같습니다.devTwoint supports authentication with Google, Kakao, Naver, and GitHub accounts and processes the account-identifying information needed to identify members. The applicable data, purposes, retention periods, and provider details are described in Sections 2 and 6.

4. 신고 및 운영 기록4. Reports and moderation records

라운지의 안전한 운영을 위해 신고 내용, 신고 당시 대상 콘텐츠의 필요한 범위의 사본, 처리 상태 및 운영조치 기록을 처리할 수 있습니다. 정보별 목적에 따라 아래 기간만 보관합니다.To operate Lounge safely, devTwoint may process report details, a limited snapshot of the reported content, processing status, and moderation records. Each category is retained only for the period stated below.

웹사이트 이용 현황과 성능 개선을 위해 Cloudflare Web Analytics를 사용하며, 페이지·유입 경로, 방문 통계, 브라우저·운영체제·국가 정보 및 웹 성능 지표가 처리될 수 있습니다.devTwoint uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site usage and improve performance. Page/referrer paths, visit statistics, browser, operating system, country, and web-performance metrics may be processed.

서비스 제공, 네트워크 보안 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 브라우저·네트워크 정보 등 필요한 기술정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.Technical information such as IP address, request time, browser, and network information may be processed as necessary to deliver the service, protect the network, and prevent abuse.

6. 처리위탁 및 국외 처리6. Processing providers and overseas processing

데브투인트는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 아래 제공업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하거나 국외 인프라를 이용합니다. 실제 처리 위치는 제공업체의 서비스 운영 및 하위처리자 구성에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.devTwoint uses the following providers and overseas infrastructure where necessary to operate the service. 7. 파기 및 회원탈퇴7. Deletion and account withdrawal

회원탈퇴 시 2번 항목 중 회원 계정에 연결된 개인정보를 활성 서비스에서 삭제합니다. 다만 신고·운영 기록 등 별도의 보유기간이 정해진 정보는 해당 기간과 목적에 따라 제한하여 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.When an account is deleted, personal data linked to the member account in Section 2 is removed from the active service. Information with a separate retention period, such as report or moderation records, is retained only for the applicable period and purpose and then deleted.

전자적 개인정보는 서비스 데이터베이스와 저장소에서 삭제하는 방식으로 파기합니다. 삭제된 정보는 장애 복구용 데이터에 최대 7일 동안 남을 수 있으며 이후 복구 범위에서 제외됩니다.Electronic personal data is destroyed by deleting it from the service database and storage. Deleted information may remain in recovery data for up to seven days before falling outside the recovery window.

8. 이용자의 권리와 행사방법8. Your rights and how to exercise them

개인정보의 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지 등 개인정보 관련 요청은 지원 페이지의 개인정보·권리 요청 또는 [email protected]으로 접수할 수 있습니다.Requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal-data processing may be submitted through the Privacy and rights request on the Support page or [email protected].

권리행사 요청의 처리를 위해 필요한 범위에서 본인 여부를 확인할 수 있으며, 관련 법령에 따라 요청이 제한될 수 있습니다.devTwoint may verify identity to the extent necessary to process a rights request, and a request may be limited where permitted by applicable law.

9. 안전성 확보조치9. Security safeguards

개인정보와 인증정보에 대한 접근을 제한하고 필요한 보호조치를 적용합니다.Access to personal data and authentication information is restricted and appropriate safeguards are applied.
