제1조 (목적과 운영자)Article 1 (Purpose and operator)
이 약관은 데브투인트 운영자(이하 “데브투인트”)가 제공하는 데브투인트 웹사이트와 라운지 커뮤니티의 이용조건과 이용자 및 데브투인트의 기본적인 권리·의무를 정합니다.These Terms set out the conditions for using the devTwoint website and Lounge community provided by the operator of devTwoint (“devTwoint”), together with the basic rights and obligations of users and devTwoint.
개인정보의 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보 처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.Information about personal-data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
제2조 (계정과 외부 계정 로그인)Article 2 (Accounts and external sign-in)
회원가입에 사용하는 외부 로그인 계정은 이용자가 정상적으로 사용할 권한이 있는 계정이어야 합니다.An external sign-in account used for registration must be an account the user is authorized to use.
회원가입은 만 14세 이상인 이용자만 할 수 있으며, 이용자는 가입에 필요한 절차와 이용약관 동의를 직접 완료해야 합니다.Registration is available only to users aged 14 or older, and users must directly complete the required registration steps and accept these Terms.
계정 활동과 로그인 수단의 안전한 관리는 이용자의 책임입니다.Users are responsible for safely managing their account activity and sign-in method.
제3조 (이용자 콘텐츠)Article 3 (User content)
게시글, 댓글·답글, 이미지, 링크 등 이용자가 직접 작성하거나 업로드한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 원칙적으로 해당 이용자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 자신이 게시하거나 이용할 권한이 있는 콘텐츠만 서비스에 올려야 합니다.Rights in posts, comments/replies, images, links, and other content submitted by a user generally remain with that user or the lawful rights holder. Users must submit only content they are entitled to post or use.
이용자는 데브투인트가 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 이용자 콘텐츠를 저장·표시·전송·복제·형식 변환하고 신고 검토, 보안 및 장애 대응에 이용할 수 있도록 비독점적이고 무상인 이용 권한을 부여합니다.Users grant devTwoint a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, display, transmit, reproduce, and format content as necessary to provide the service and to use it for report review, security, and incident recovery.
이 권한은 해당 콘텐츠가 서비스에 존재하는 동안 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 적용되며, 콘텐츠가 삭제되면 법령 또는 개인정보 처리방침에 따른 정당한 보존 사유가 없는 한 함께 종료됩니다.This right applies only as needed while the content remains in the service and ends when the content is deleted, except where lawful retention is required under applicable law or the Privacy Policy.
제4조 (금지행위)Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.Users must not engage in the following conduct.
- 다른 사람의 개인정보, 계정 또는 저작물 등을 정당한 권한 없이 사용하거나 공개하는 행위Using or disclosing another person's personal data, account, or copyrighted material without proper authority
- 불법 콘텐츠, 명백한 권리침해, 협박·괴롭힘, 혐오·차별, 성적 착취 또는 실제 위해를 조장하는 콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위Posting illegal content, clear rights violations, threats, harassment, hatred or discrimination, sexual exploitation, or content encouraging real-world harm
- 악성코드 배포, 피싱, 사기, 계정 탈취 또는 서비스의 인증·보안 기능을 우회하려는 행위Distributing malware, phishing, fraud, account theft, or attempts to bypass authentication or security controls
- 자동화된 대량 요청, 반복적인 도배·스팸 또는 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위Automated bulk requests, repeated flooding or spam, or conduct that interferes with normal service operation
- 신고 기능이나 문의 기능을 반복적·악의적으로 오용하는 행위Repeated or malicious misuse of report or support features
- 데브투인트 운영자, 기관 또는 다른 이용자를 사칭하거나 실제와 다른 관계·권한이 있는 것처럼 표시하는 행위Impersonating devTwoint, an organization, or another user, or misrepresenting an affiliation or authority
- 그 밖에 관련 법령 또는 라운지 정책을 위반하거나 다른 이용자의 안전과 권리를 현저하게 침해하는 행위Other conduct that violates applicable law or the Lounge Policy or materially harms another user's safety or rights
제5조 (신고, 운영조치 및 권리침해 요청)Article 5 (Reports, moderation, and rights claims)
사생활, 명예, 저작권 또는 그 밖의 권리침해와 관련된 요청은 지원 데스크 또는 [email protected]을 통해 접수할 수 있으며, 데브투인트는 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다.Requests concerning privacy, reputation, copyright, or other rights may be submitted through the Support Desk or [email protected], and devTwoint handles them in accordance with applicable law.
데브투인트는 신고 내용과 관련 사정을 검토하여 필요한 범위에서 콘텐츠 숨김·삭제·복구, 콘텐츠 경고, 프로필 정정 또는 서비스 기능 이용 제한 등의 운영조치를 적용하거나 해제할 수 있습니다.After reviewing a report and relevant circumstances, devTwoint may apply or revoke moderation measures as necessary, including hiding, deleting, or restoring content, applying content warnings, correcting profiles, or restricting service features.
구체적인 신고 및 운영조치 기준은 라운지 정책에서 확인할 수 있으며, 적용된 운영조치에 대해서는 지원 데스크를 통해 재검토를 요청할 수 있습니다.Specific reporting and moderation standards are available in the Lounge Policy, and users may request review of an applied moderation action through the Support Desk.
제6조 (회원탈퇴와 삭제)Article 6 (Account withdrawal and deletion)
이용자는 회원탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 탈퇴가 완료되면 계정과 이용자 데이터는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 삭제됩니다.Users may request account deletion. Once deletion is completed, the account and user data are deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
이용자가 작성한 게시글이 삭제되면 해당 게시글에 다른 이용자가 작성한 댓글과 답글도 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다.When a user's post is deleted, comments and replies submitted by other users to that post may also be deleted with it.
제7조 (외부 서비스와 링크)Article 7 (External services and links)
외부 로그인 서비스 또는 이용자가 직접 여는 외부 링크에는 해당 외부 서비스의 약관과 개인정보 보호정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.External sign-in services and third-party links opened directly by users may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services.
데브투인트는 자신이 직접 운영하지 않는 외부 서비스의 콘텐츠, 보안, 가용성 또는 이용자와 외부 사업자 사이의 거래를 직접 통제하지 않습니다.devTwoint does not directly control the content, security, availability, or transactions of services it does not operate.
제8조 (약관 및 서비스의 변경·중단)Article 8 (Changes to the Terms and service)
데브투인트가 이 약관을 변경하는 경우 적용일과 주요 변경 내용을 사전에 알리며, 관련 법령에서 별도의 절차를 요구하는 경우 그에 따릅니다.If devTwoint changes these Terms, the effective date and principal changes will be announced in advance, and any procedure required by applicable law will be followed.
데브투인트는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.devTwoint may change or suspend all or part of the service where operationally or technically necessary.
제9조 (책임의 범위)Article 9 (Scope of responsibility)
이용자는 자신이 작성하거나 업로드한 콘텐츠와 자신의 서비스 이용행위에 대하여 관련 법령과 이 약관에 따른 책임을 부담합니다.Users are responsible under applicable law and these Terms for content they submit and for their use of the service.
서비스의 무중단·무오류 또는 특정 기능이나 데이터의 영구적인 제공을 보장하지 않습니다.devTwoint does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or the permanent availability of any particular feature or data.
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 이용자의 행위, 이용자가 직접 이용한 외부 서비스, 통신망 장애, 천재지변 등 데브투인트가 통제하기 어려운 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.To the extent permitted by applicable law, devTwoint is not responsible for loss caused by user conduct, third-party services used directly by the user, network failures, force majeure, or other circumstances outside devTwoint's reasonable control.
제10조 (준거법과 문의)Article 10 (Governing law and contact)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석합니다.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
